AnswerOur plugins are compatible with both Mac and Pc/Windows systems. They come in VST3 and AU versions (no AAX temporarily). You can use them with any major DAW software on the market.

AnswerIf you purchased software from our website, you should receive an invoice email and a download link within a few minutes. If you cannot find the email, please check both your SPAM and TRASH folders (gmail sometimes move registration emails straight to the trash).
If you still have not received anything from us within an hour, please submit a ticket.

AnswerUnzip the folder, open the installer, and it will place your plugins in the following folders:

AnswerActivate by entering your email adress and your serial key (emailed with your purchase) into the text windows into the plugin screen. Please note that you need an Internet connection to activate and run your plugin.

AnswerOur trial version license key will allow you to use an unlimited version of Plutonium (without PlutoniumXtra) for 15 days.

Can I install the software on multiple machines?
AnswerAs explained in our terms and conditions, you are granted a personal license to use the product on one machine at the time. If you wanna switch your plugin to an other machine you need to re-active your license.

How can i re-active my license?
Answer(1) Login to your personal account, (2) go to License keys, (3) click deactivate, (4) open a new plugin window and re-register using your e-mail and your personal license key.
